The Education and Training Quality Authority (BQA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Cambridge University, with the aim of exploring opportunities for collaboration in education, particularly in areas related to the design and implementation of a nationally administered assessment system benchmarked against international standards.
The MoU was signed by Dr. Maryam Hasan Mustafa, Chief Executive of BQA, and Jane Mann, Managing Director, Partnership for Education, Cambridge University.
Commenting on the signing, Dr. Maryam Hasan Mustafa affirmed that this partnership comes as part of the Authority’s strategic direction and supports its ongoing efforts to strengthen the national examinations model and to continuously enhance the quality of the education system in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The MoU also reflects the shared commitment of both sides to enhancing assessment practices, exchanging expertise, and supporting the development of high-quality educational services in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
