BQA Chief Executive: Bahraini women are key partners in national development

On the occasion of Bahraini Women’s Day, Dr. Maryam Hasan Mustafa, Chief Executive of the Education and Training Quality Authority (BQA), affirmed that this national occasion reflects the strong support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the continued efforts of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

She also expressed appreciation for the significant contributions of the Supreme Council for Women, led by Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Consort of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), whose leadership has played a central role in advancing women’s progress and strengthening their participation across various fields.

Dr. Maryam commended the achievements of Bahraini women, noting that this support has positioned them as essential partners in the Kingdom’s development and enabled them to play a strong and effective role across multiple sectors.

She highlighted that education remains one of the key areas where Bahraini women have excelled, whether in leadership roles, academic development, or quality assurance, demonstrating their expertise and meaningful contributions to advancing the quality of education.
