As part of ongoing collaboration between the Education and Training Quality Authority (BQA) and the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ), the Authority organised a series of joint workshops in implementation of the MoU between the two sides.
The workshops highlighted the Kingdom of Bahrain’s experience in developing and implementing the National Qualifications Framework, drawing on the Kingdom’s distinguished regional experience and practical applications in this field. They also included knowledge exchange and capacity building in the areas of quality assurance and accreditation, in addition to exploring approaches to aligning qualifications frameworks and integrating quality assurance systems.
These efforts support reinforcing the international recognition of national qualifications and contribute to the continued development of education and training systems in line with global best practices, reflecting a shared interest in learning from and building on national experiences in the development of qualifications frameworks.
