The CEO of the Education and Training Quality Authority (BQA) Participates in the 15th Conference of the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education in South Africa

Dr. Maryam Hasan Mustafa, CEO of the Education and Training Quality Authority (BQA) and Vice President of the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE), participated in the 15th Conference of the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education, under the title “Quality Assurance as an Impactful Tool for Higher Education Today and Tomorrow,” during the period from 1 to 6 February 2026, in Republic of South Africa.

The conference aims to enhance international cooperation and exchange of expertise and best practices in quality assurance and academic accreditation among quality assurance agencies worldwide, contributing to the development of the higher education system and ensuring the quality of its outcomes.

Dr. Mustafa also attended the Network’s Board of Directors meeting and the General Assembly meeting, which were held as part of the conference agenda, where strategies and initiatives aimed at developing quality assurance standards at the international level were discussed. It is worth noting that the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education is the leading global organization that brings together quality assurance and academic accreditation agencies from various countries around the world and seeks to promote excellence in higher education through the development of international frameworks and standards for quality assurance
