The Education and Training Quality Authority (BQA), in coordination with the Ministry of Education and Mohammed Jaber Al-Ansari College for Teachers, organised the “Play to Learn” Early Childhood Education Forum in the Kingdom of Bahrain at the College’s premises, with the participation of a number of kindergartens.
The forum was held as part of efforts to strengthen national partnerships and institutional integration among entities concerned with early childhood education, and to support initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of education at this foundational stage through the exchange of expertise and the sharing of best educational practices. The forum aimed to enhance the quality of early childhood education practices by showcasing educational models grounded in learning through play. It featured interactive learning stations based on play-based learning, presented by a group of kindergartens, enabling participants to explore practical experiences and exemplary practices. In addition, the forum included specialised workshops in early childhood education highlighting modern teaching approaches and practical ideas that can be directly applied in kindergarten learning environments.
