Gulf Convention Centre, Gulf Hotel, Kingdom of Bahrain (Official Conference Hotel):
 
The Gulf Hotel established itself as Bahrain's original five-star hotel when it opened its doors in October 1969. More than 40 years and numerous refurbishments, the Gulf Hotel continues to set the standards for hospitality in the Kingdom. The Hotel rests in the heart of Manama, directly opposite the city's majestic Grand Mosque and a stroll away from the trendy Adliya region.  The Gulf Hotel's Gulf Convention Centre (GCC), although launched in 1997, remains to date at the forefront of Bahrain's business scene today, maintaining its status as holding the largest and most impressive meetings and events, supported by team of professional staff providing good services for all sizes of gatherings and up to 2,200 delegates. A large number of available car parks fitting more than a 1000 vehicles is free and available at the venue.
 
The Gulf Hotel Bahrain is a member of WORLDHOTELS, which is an extensive collection of the most unique and independent hotels around the world. Gulf Hotel and GCC location is approximately 10 minutes away from the airport. The location is surrounded with a wide variety of restaurant and hotels with a wide-ranging budget.

The Gulf Convention Centre’s crowning glory is its magnificent Al Dana Hall which presents the perfect venue for international seminars, exhibitions, gala dinners, banquets, weddings and award ceremonies. It comes equipped with a main ballroom floor area, stretching over 1,604 square meters that can accommodate up to 3,000 guests for cocktail receptions and 1,260 for an elegant banquet. Al Dana Hall pre-functional area (registration and breaks area) can accommodate up to 500 guests.
 
An additional Exhibition Hall can hold 75 booths and boasts direct drive-in access, a built-in stage, power supply units and light rigs, as well as the option to divide the hall into separate conference areas. A further 5 individual meeting rooms can cater to smaller meetings, while the Gulf Hotel’s tropical gardens are a popular venue for weddings, parties and other outdoor occasions. These areas are accompanied by a sophisticated business centre, a VIP lounge.
 
All conference rooms are fully equipped with the latest audio-visual equipment, including hi-tech projection systems, video conferencing facilities, multiple power and telephone points, high-speed Internet access and two purpose-built translation booths for simultaneous translation in two languages, Arabic and English.
